Step1. Pull apart the vacuum packing
Step2. Bring out the warmer pad; pull apart the paper on the adhesive layer
Step3. Stick the adhesive layer onto your OUTSIDE of your underclothes. Never use it directly on your skin!
Step4. After your using it, just remove it.
Contraindication:
1.in facts, patients with dementia, or people who have a fever,burns,scalds,scratches or allergies etc. forbidden to use.
2. Patients implanted with a heart pacemaker or a metal foreign body on a body part forbidden to use.
